Replacements, Returns, and Refunds
It is important that you are aware of our returns policy before making a purchase. This policy covers replacements, returns, and refunds, as well as your legal rights and remedies. We recommend reading it carefully. Additionally, we suggest that you carefully inspect any goods that we deliver to you to ensure your satisfaction before the delivery driver departs.
Please note that, as all our products are custom-made to your specific instructions, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for items that are made in the correct color, fabric, design, and size as specified in your order. However, if there is a factory error, such as an incorrect color, fabric, design, or size that does not match your order, you may request an exchange or a full refund.
For hygiene purposes, mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging cannot be returned. However, you are welcome to test the mattress when it is delivered and decide if you want to keep it before the delivery driver leaves.
